Instead of using intuition the chess program searches through all possible moves in advance to pick the best one with potentially the best result. It did not necessarily work in Chess but it does work in the Pick 3 lottery.

With only 1000 possible combinations the systems evaluates each one of them and ranks them based on their potential in the upcoming draws. Very often the computer programs ranks correctly and lists the correct numbers right on the top of the list.
